Arrive 15 minutes early. Our front desk will verify your information and insurance.

Pre-Treatment Review
A registered nurse reviews your orders, vitals, and treatment plan with you.

Get Comfortable
Settle into your private suite with blankets, pillows, Wi-Fi, and refreshments.

Your Infusion
Your nurse administers the therapy and monitors you throughout the entire session.

Post-Treatment
A brief observation period, then you're free to go — we'll schedule your next visit.

What to Bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- List of current medications
- Referral or prescription from your doctor
- Emergency contact information
What to Wear
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Easy access to your arms or existing IV line
- Layers — suites are climate-controlled
- Slip-off shoes for your comfort
Before You Arrive
- Eat a normal meal unless your physician advises otherwise
- Take your regular medications unless told not to
- Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
- Arrange transportation if you'll be sedated
